CONTINUING EDUCATION
The École de Management de Normandie (Normandy Management School) and Brighton University offer a range of 12 e-learning courses in tourism and leisure management, targeting professionals looking to perfect their management knowledge and skills.
CLIC (Interconsular Liaison Committee) in Caen: Minimum one-day training sessions. Certain courses are available via distance learning. Main subjects: reception and communication, activity leadership, creation and development, business, computing and internet, languages, management, marketing and commercialisation, job perfecting (specific programmes for certain professions : hotel and catering, rural tourism, campsites...) www.clic-tourisme-normandie.fr
These training courses benefit from co-funding from the State, the Normandy Regional Council, the European Social Fund and OPCA (Approved Paritary Collecting Organisations): Agefos (Training fund) in charge of developing professional training for employees of SMEs, Agefice (Association for managing funding of training for business leaders), Fafih (Training Fund for the hotel industry), Vivea (Training fund for entrepreneurs in living products).
